Our company offers to issue final demands on your behalf, using our reputation and legal experience to add weight and seriousness to the process. We follow up all final demand letters with telephone calls, e-mails and if we do not received a response will arrange for a personal visit to the individual as a final method.

Issuing Summons

Our staff are on hand to prepare a summons for clients wishing to pursue their claims through legal enforcement procedures. We ensure that our clients are fully aware and in control of all legal procedures and will only proceed from step to step with their full support.

A one off payment is required for the processing of each summons and will include all further paperwork that follows on from a successful undefended claim.

Should the debtor choose to defend the summons, we are able to reference your case to our associate solicitors should you wish to pursue this case through the courts. Together we would provide you with a personal assessment of your claim and any likely costs that this action would involve.
